JH Resources LLP, established in 2016, is a public information management company certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). JH resources frequently works alongside CDOT, as well as the Federal Highway Administration, to ensure smooth public transitions for state and federal highway projects. It is co-owned and operated by sisters Harlie and Jordan Williams. Working from the Colorado Western Slope, we provide a complete communication and public information package for local contractors while also filling DBE quotas on CDOT projects.
JH Resources is committed to managing the coordination of communication between government entities, prime contractors, and the public. We have been responsible for countless public information projects in the state of Colorado. Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to: creating media releases and project flyers, updating weekly web pages, conflict resolution, submitting lane closure reports, compiling stakeholder lists, and managing on-call hotlines for the public’s use. It is our top priority to provide concise and informative details regarding all projects we manage.
